Illustrative example: an invoice app for independent contractors. Your kit is tailored to the app you choose; this is not its generated content.

Feature spec

Goal: Send a clear invoice after finishing a job.

  • Add a client, line items, a due date, and payment instructions.
  • Preview the total before exporting a PDF.
  • Keep an editable draft if export fails.

Screen plan

Invoice editor: Client at the top, editable line items in the middle, total and preview action at the bottom.

States: Empty draft, validation errors beside each field, exporting, and a retry action that preserves the draft.

Differentiate and validate

Hypothesis: Contractors need faster repeat invoices more than more templates.

First experiment: Test duplicating a previous job with five contractors. Watch where they hesitate before expanding the feature set.

The full kit adds a phased build plan, evidence notes, tool prompts, and implementation guidance. It is a plan for your coding agent, not a finished app.

Usage: Mechanics are fair game; never reuse the original name, branding, assets, or verbatim copy.

App Store description

Baking at elevation used to be trial and error. Not anymore. SkyHigh Baking reads your recipe, figures out your altitude, and explains what to change and why, so you can bake with more confidence. How it works Photograph a recipe, use a screenshot, upload a file, or paste the text in. SkyHigh Baking reads it on-device, asks you to confirm a few details, then adjusts ingredient amounts, oven temperature, and bake time for your baking location. Find your altitude with your location, look it up by ZIP or postal code, or enter it by hand. If a recipe was already adjusted for altitude, enter its source altitude and convert it to where you are now. Built for real baking, not just a calculator - Photo and file import with on-device text recognition, so you never have to type out a whole recipe by hand - Automatic altitude detection, or enter your altitude, ZIP code, or postal code - Convert recipes between their source altitude and your baking location - Choose Metric or US Customary measurements; supported ingredients can convert between volume and weight - Ingredient-by-ingredient adjustments for flour, leavening, sugar, liquid, and more, not just a blanket "add more flour" - Works with recipes measured in cups and spoons. Weight-based amounts stay weight-based unless a supported ingredient density allows volume conversion - Oven temperature and bake-time guidance tailored to your elevation band - Your recipe's own steps, with the new temperature and bake time written right in - Pan-material refinements for more precise oven guidance - Clear "why" explanations for every change, so you understand the science and not just the numbers - Water's actual boiling point at your elevation, and why it matters for what you're baking - Converts and saves recipes without an internet connection. Favorites updates and recipe suggestions need one - Universal app, full support for iPhone and iPad - Send a converted recipe to your paired Apple Watch for offline reference Not just a calculator for your own recipes - Publisher's Favorites: browse recipes from the publisher and convert them for your altitude, no typing required - My Recipes: save any conversion and come back to it later. Reopen it exactly as saved, or recalculate it if you're baking somewhere new. Deleted one by mistake? It stays in Recently Deleted for 30 days - Learn: a plain-language reference on the science of baking at elevation, covering boiling point, leavening, yeast, oven technique, and more - Suggest a saved recipe to the publisher for review. You choose whether to include its first photo, enter a contact email, and confirm before it is sent to the private review queue Built for how you actually bake Dark mode, adjustable text size, and VoiceOver support mean SkyHigh Baking works whether you're squinting at a phone with flour on your hands or propping an iPad up as a kitchen reference. Your privacy, respected No account is needed to convert or save recipes. Your recipes and saved history stay on your device unless you choose to suggest a saved recipe to the publisher. A suggestion includes the recipe you review, your contact email, and the first saved photo only if you leave photo sharing on. It goes to a private review queue; the publisher decides separately whether to add it to Favorites. No ads, analytics, or tracking. Honest pricing One-time purchase, no subscription. Everything in the app when you buy it is yours for good, and updates to it are free. Some future features may be offered as optional one-time add-ons. You'll never need one to keep using what you already have. Whether you bake at home in Denver or somewhere else above sea level, SkyHigh Baking helps take the guesswork out of high-altitude baking.

AI-GENERATED OPPORTUNITY HYPOTHESES

These are generated suggestions, not verified review quotations. Check current App Store reviews and speak with users before treating a possible gap as a requirement.

Build scope

Plan a focused first version with your coding agent. These are planning assumptions, not a delivery guarantee.

Define the first version

Choose one audience and one core workflow. Use the kit to agree on its screens, data, and acceptance criteria before building.

Set boundaries

Decide which secondary features, integrations, and platform support can wait. Your version does not need to reproduce everything in the original.

Check the hard parts

Validate external services, specialist technology, data access, and ongoing costs for your chosen scope.

A reliable timeline needs an agreed scope and a technical check. Ask your agent to estimate the phases in BUILD_PLAN.md after that review.
