Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CloneChart.io ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CloneChart.io is a platform whose public charts, app evidence, and clone-plan previews are free to browse. It:

• Displays publicly available iOS App Store rankings, app evidence, and clone-plan previews
• Provides AI-generated clone plans for app development
• Offers downloadable Build Kits, with a free allowance for verified visitors and an optional paid Pro plan
• Offers estimated revenue data based on chart positions
• Links to third-party vibe coding platforms

If verified access is enabled, public browsing remains open, but revealing, copying, or generating a full clone plan requires verification of a mailbox through a one-time service link. CloneChart may remember that browser and renew its essential session during active use. Clearing cookies, signing out, changing browsers or devices, session revocation, or expiration may require another link. Mailbox verification does not prove a person's legal name or real-world identity.

3. No Warranties

CloneChart.io's public features are provided free of charge. Every feature, free or paid, is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy of App Store rankings or revenue estimates
• The quality or functionality of AI-generated prompts or Build Kits
• The availability or uptime of the Service
• The success of any apps built using our prompts

Revenue estimates are approximations for informational purposes only and should not be used for financial decisions.

4. Paid Plans (Pro)

When the Pro plan is offered, it is a monthly subscription that removes the per-kit limit on Build Kits. The price is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay and may change for future renewal periods with notice.

• Payments and renewal: Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal linked on the app page's Build Kit zone. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable for partial periods, except where a refund is required by law. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal right for digital services, you agree that access begins immediately when you subscribe. Contact [email protected] about billing problems.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; access continues for up to 7 days after the paid period ends and stops if payment is not completed.
• Fair use: Verified visitors receive 1 free Build Kit per verified email, once. Pro removes that per-kit limit, but kit generation still runs within the service's daily capacity and abuse limits. Sharing a verified identity or Pro plan among several people, or automating bulk kit generation, is not permitted.
• No guaranteed results: Build Kits and prompts are starting points for your own work; we make no promise about the success of anything built with them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CloneChart.io only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Scrape or harvest data in bulk for commercial purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers
• Use the Service to violate any third-party rights
• Redistribute our data as your own product
• Share a verified identity or Pro plan across multiple people, or automate bulk Build Kit generation

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The CloneChart.io platform, its design, original code, generated analyses and Build Kit templates are proprietary and owned by CloneChart.io. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the platform or its data except as these terms allow.

Third-Party Content: App names, icons, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. We display publicly available App Store data for informational purposes.

Your Use: AI-generated prompts and Build Kits are provided for your use in building your own products. Mechanics are fair game; never reuse the original app's name, branding, assets, or verbatim copy. You are responsible for any apps you build using them.

7. Third-Party Tools & Trademarks

CloneChart.io displays recommendations for third-party developer tools and services (such as Railway, Vercel, Supabase, Firebase, Rork, Cursor, and others) as helpful resources for our users.

Important Disclaimers:

• These recommendations do not imply any official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by these companies
• All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners
• CloneChart.io is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these services unless explicitly stated
• We recommend these tools based on their usefulness to developers, not because of any business relationship

8. Affiliate Relationships

CloneChart.io may participate in affiliate programs with vibe coding platforms and developer tools. When you click through to certain services, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Any affiliate relationships do not influence which apps we display or how prompts are generated. We only recommend tools we believe are genuinely useful for developers.

9. Email Communications

CloneChart treats requested service verification and optional marketing as separate purposes.

Transactional Service Verification

• Requested message: When you request verified access, we may send a short-lived, one-time verification link to the address you enter.
• Purpose: The link is used to establish an essential access session. The service email does not deliver the clone plan itself.
• Provider processing: Our configured transactional email provider may process the address, message, and delivery metadata on our behalf.

Requesting service verification does not subscribe you to newsletters or partner promotions. Existing subscriber data is not automatically treated as verified access or as new consent.

Optional Weekly Marketing

You may separately choose to receive Weekly Build Ideas. If you opt in, it may include:

• Curated opportunities: Rank movers and related App Store insights
• Product information: Relevant CloneChart feature updates
• Contextual partner recommendations: Limited recommendations related to the content, with sponsorship or affiliate relationships disclosed

The marketing choice is optional and is not a condition of access to the full clone-plan feature.

Your Control

• Marketing unsubscribe: Optional marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Email preferences: You can use the preference link to change optional email choices.
• Access or deletion request: Contact [email protected]. Limited suppression, consent, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
• No sale for third-party marketing: We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties for their own marketing.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloneChart.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, app rejections, or business interruption. For paid plans, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
