QUIET RECAPS An optional evening note about what you actually did today, plus weekly and monthly ones. On a day you didn't focus, nothing is sent. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts. No servers. No analytics. Your tasks and focus history live only in this app on this phone. Voice is transcribed with Apple's recognizer, on-device whenever your iPhone supports it. Imported notes are scanned on the phone and thrown away. Unstuck is an evidence-informed scaffold, not a treatment.
