Chithi.me is a mailbox for letters worth keeping. Share your link on social media, and the people who follow you can write you a letter. It arrives in its own handwritten font, on their choice of paper-like design, and it stays in your mailbox for as long as you want it there. HOW IT WORKS 1. Share your Chithi.me link 2. The people you share it with write you a letter 3. It lands in your mailbox seconds later WATCH THE WRITING TAKE SHAPE Replay any letter keystroke by keystroke and watch it being written. It is the closest you will get to sitting beside someone while they write to you. POST ONE TO YOUR STORY Put a letter on one of your own photos and share it in a tap. YOUR OWN QR CARD Turn your link into a card people can scan. Pick a style, write a caption in Bangla or English, and share it as a picture. Point a phone camera at it and your letter page opens. A MAILBOX THAT IS ONLY YOURS Letters arrive grouped by day, so today's are on top. Search everything you have ever been sent. A notification tells you the moment one lands. Nobody but you can see your mailbox. YOU DECIDE WHAT REACHES YOU Letters arrive unsigned, so a friend can say the kind thing they would not say out loud. That only works if the mailbox is a safe place to open, so Chithi.me is built with the controls to keep it one: - Every letter is screened by an automatic filter, in English and in Bangla, before it reaches you. The filter is on by default and you can turn it off. - Report any letter in two taps. We review every report within 24 hours and remove anything that breaks our rules. - Block whoever wrote a letter and nothing of theirs reaches you again. Blocked writers are listed in Settings, and you can undo it there. - Delete any letter the moment you see it. - Pause your link so it stops accepting letters, or delete your account and everything in it, from inside the app. - We have no tolerance for abuse.
