Severity settings help determine how long the bruise or injury remains visible on the active body map. For example, low-impact entries can remain active for 5 days, medium-impact for 8 days, and high-impact for 15 days. All previous entries are saved in your history, making it easy to review past bruises and injuries, monitor patterns, or reference details later.
