One more tap and you can start a 6 second or 15 second time which will vibrate repeatedly when that interval is up. You don't need to look at the watch, just wait for a "start" signal and count until you feel a "stop" signal. There is also an event timer so you can take time stamps at critical events: alarm received, transport started or arrived, arrival time, vitals, medication, CPR or AED.
