Why play a shoot 'em up game when you can play The Floracle, a floral Rorschach test and botanical challenge game where you can learn something about yourself and the world around you? Each session pairs flowers from a database of more than 400 North American wildflowers. You choose — by instinct, by beauty, by something harder to name. The plants you're drawn to have something to say about you. The readings are written in second person, present tense, sometimes syrupy, other times with an edge but always grounded in real plant biology. At the end, the plant you chose most often in its category becomes your gift — a new flower added to your garden, with its own oracle reading and full botanical profile. THE BOTANY IS REAL The oracle readings are written in the voice of a psycho-botanist who reads your card selected from the test. The botanical notes describe actual mechanisms — buzz pollination, myrmecochory, cleistogamy, karrikin response — in language that doesn't require a glossary but rewards curiosity.
