Great for demos, first takes, and fresh ideas: voice and guitar at the kitchen table, or a band passing one phone around the room. The sound of the machine is built in. Each track has its own set of knobs and there is no undo. - Records one track at a time, from the built-in mic, a headset mic, or a USB audio interface. - Sends any track through a space echo with spring reverb. - Bends pitch and tempo together with a varispeed knob in the master panel. - Has track merging/clearing, punch-in recording, and a metronome. - Your recordings are WAV files saved on your phone. Share the song, or export the whole session. - Works entirely offline and collects nothing. - Pay once. No subscription, no ads, no account. - Works on iPhone and iPad. TIPS - Overdub with wired headphones, so the mic doesn't pick up the other tracks. - Don't use Bluetooth headphones while recording: they add delay, and only play in mono. - Tap record while playing to punch in over a part you want to redo. - Tap the ? at the top left for a guide to the controls.
