Spectre taps into your device's real sensors - microphone, motion, barometer, compass, Bluetooth, and camera - to log, visualize, and analyze the world around you during an investigation. WHAT'S INSIDE EVP Recorder & Analyzer Record real audio straight from your microphone. Watch a live waveform, frequency spectrum, and spectrogram as you capture. Spectre flags statistical anomalies in the audio (sudden level spikes that stand out from the background), with a voice-band filter, gain control, normalize, and WAV export. Live Sensor Dashboard A real-time command center pulling from your device's actual hardware: EMF & motion from the device's motion sensors Barometric pressure changes Compass heading Bluetooth proximity - detect nearby BLE signals and their strength Temperature from local weather data and your device's thermal state Anomaly Notifications Set the phone down and let Spectre alert you. When sensors detect anomalies during an active session, Spectre sends an OS-level notification so you don't have to watch the screen. Rate-limited to a maximum of 6 per hour. Toggle on or off in Settings. Thermal Vision Mode A FLIR-style "ironbow" color filter applied to your live camera feed, with on-screen anomaly highlighting and a compass HUD. (This is a visual effect on the standard camera. Your phone does not contain a thermal or infrared heat sensor, and this mode does not measure real temperature.) Investigation Sessions Start a session and Spectre logs every event with timestamps, duration, a threat-level summary, and - when location is enabled - GPS geotags you can review on a map. All sessions are saved on your device. Fully Customizable Tune detection sensitivity, EVP and EMF thresholds, audio filters, haptics, alerts, and per-location calibration to fit your environment. IMPORTANT - FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY Spectre is designed for fun, curiosity, and entertainment. It detects and visualizes statistical anomalies in your device's sensor readings - it does not detect ghosts, spirits, or any supernatural phenomena, and no such thing has been scientifically demonstrated. The "Thermal Vision" mode is a color effect applied to your regular camera. It is NOT a real thermal or infrared camera, captures no heat or temperature data, and the highlighted "anomalies" are based on image color, not actual heat. Readings throughout the app are not scientific measurements and should not be relied upon for any safety, medical, or environmental purpose. Some features (barometer, ambient temperature, EMF) rely on hardware that varies by device and may not be available on all phones.
