CUSTOMER SUPPORT & FEEDBACK • Read and reply to PostHog Support conversations from your phone. • Review customer context and open a related Session Replay when available. • Set conversation status and priority, or open the exact conversation from an optional notification. SESSION REPLAY & ERROR TRACKING • Watch Session Replays natively and inspect the timeline, events, console, and context. • Use Replay Vision to understand intent, outcomes, friction, and timestamped evidence that opens at the cited moment. • Triage Error Tracking issues, review trends, jump to related Replays, and resolve issues. FEATURE FLAGS & EXPERIMENTS • Review Feature Flags and rollout configuration before making a change. • Enable or disable flags when you need to respond away from your desk. • Follow results and launch, pause, resume, or end Experiments from your device. INSIGHTS, FUNNELS & HOGQL • Explore and create Insights for trends, funnels, retention, lifecycle, and more. • Edit supported Insights, add chart annotations, and run HogQL queries. HOME & LOCK SCREEN WIDGETS • Add supported PostHog Insights and Overview cards as widgets. • Choose Home Screen charts or compact Lock Screen glances. • Preserve supported chart context and tap back to the exact source in Hogly. SURVEYS & AI • Review survey performance and responses, then manage supported survey actions. • Ask PostHog AI about usage, funnels, errors, and what changed, and save useful analysis when supported. HOGLY PRO & PERMISSIONS Some creation, management, Replay Vision, AI, notification, and widget features require Hogly Pro and the relevant PostHog permissions. Availability can also depend on your PostHog plan, enabled products, and granted scopes. CONNECTED TO YOUR POSTHOG Connect with PostHog OAuth or a Personal API Key and approve only the permissions you want to use. Hogly works with your existing PostHog Cloud or self-hosted projects and does not copy their analytics data into a parallel backend. Hogly-only preferences, such as favorite people and pinned Person properties, sync privately through your iCloud account. PRIVACY & SECURITY • Your PostHog credentials are stored in Keychain, never on our servers. • Requests for connected project data go directly from your device to PostHog. • Hogly uses a separate PostHog project for product analytics and crash reporting, and RevenueCat for purchase verification. User-initiated messages are sent only after you tap Send. None of these services receives the PostHog project data you connect. • No ads and no sale of personal data.
