Point your iPhone at a location and see exactly where the sun and moon will be live in AR through the precise lens you will be shooting with. Viewfinder combines astronomy grade solar and lunar tracking with lens accurate framing so you can scout smarter, plan your light, and arrive on set already knowing your shots. • AR SOLAR TRACKER & MOON TRACKER A live AR sun and moon overlay sits directly on the camera feed using GPS, compass, and motion data. The celestial bodies position is calculated using the NOAA algorithm based on Jean Meeus Astronomical Algorithms accurate to +/-0.01 anywhere on Earth with atmospheric refraction applied so it matches what you see. Every camera includes accurate sensor size data and format classification, from Full Frame and Super 35 down to APS C, Micro Four Thirds, and Medium Format systems.
