ABI MasterMind® is the workforce management platform trusted by venues across North America. Purpose-built for event-driven, variable-hour operations since 1998, it is the employee self-service application for staff at arenas, stadiums, amphitheaters, convention centers, college campuses, staffing organizations and the like using the ABI MasterMind® platform. This is not a general HR app. Every feature is designed around the operational reality of event labor: schedules that change by event, availability that varies by day and time window, compliance requirements enforced at the point of check-in, and certifications that must stay current to remain schedulable. Note: all following options, features, requirements and more are determined by your venue employer. Automated Check In/Out: Check In/Out enforces time-locked shift and meal windows at the point of punch protecting both employees and employers from labor compliance exposure. Briefing location is visible on the check-in screen. Every punch is logged for audit-ready timekeeping. Detailed schedule view: View upcoming shifts organized by event, venue, and position…not just date and time. See your briefing room, dress code, team area, and supervisor comments before you arrive. Add shifts to your calendar. Confirm or request off per shift with full position detail visible before you commit. Event availability: Set availability by individual event, by day of week, or by partial-day time window. Flag date-specific exceptions. Your availability is reflected against every upcoming event on the calendar so you always know where you stand relative to your monthly minimums. No other workforce platform offers availability at the individual event level. Shift exchange: Post a shift for exchange and let a qualified colleague claim it or pickup a shift without a manager phone call. Department notes and scheduling hotline information are surfaced in the exchange screen so employees always have the context they need. Certification and training tracking: View every active certification, its completion date, renewal requirement, and expiration deadline. Receive expiration alerts before eligibility to work events is affected. Enroll in renewal classes directly from the training screen. Completed certifications are permanently on record. Points and recognition: Accountability is tracked including issues such as attendance, uniform violations, late arrivals, and no-call no-shows logged with full detail and optional Manager follow-up. Recognition points (like Employee of the Month) can offset the balance. The full audit history is always available. Time report: View your complete pay history organized by pay period. Each shift shows adjusted clock-in and clock-out times, total hours worked, event name, pay rate, and a full earnings breakdown — regular, overtime, double-time, meal, and other pay — so you always know exactly what you earned and why. Benefit accruals: Check PTO, sick pay, vacation, etc. balances in real time. Estimate future balances before submitting a request. Submit and track requests through approved, pending, or denied status. Multi-organization support: Employees working across multiple venues or staffing organizations can switch profiles without signing out.
